We had a fantastic day at the National Athletics sponsored by Irish Life in Santry yesterday. I was there to support my niece Philippa Rogan who won gold in the High Jump. She trains really hard often foregoing social events and her focus has paid off. The good old Fosbury Flop is the only way to go Pippa! I tried a similar flop as I jumped into bed for a good sleep last night.

Congrats also to Thomas Barr, Ciara Mageean, Brian Gregan and Mark English who all won as well and will be gearing up for next month’s world championship in London.
